Responsibilities

1. Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
2. Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and perform other front desk agent duties as required.
3. Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
4. Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and the general manager.
5. Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
2. Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred but not required.
3. Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
5. Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.

Compensation

$14 - $15 hourly
