Description

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities
  1. Work on your feet for an 8-hour shift in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  2. Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bills, and occupancy percentages.
  3. Ensure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay.
  4. Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  5. Perform front desk duties as needed, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  6. Carry out additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift.
  • Previous hotel front desk, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with computers; experience with reservation and accounting software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate overnight shifts.
Compensation

$13 hourly
