Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for the Marriott Suites Deerfield location in Illinois. You will supervise daily Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction, hire/train staff, and implement service standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a hotel supervisory role, Marriott experience preferred, and strong English communication, math, and computer skills to manage reservations, reports, and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hotel supervisory role.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Address guest requests and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise Front Desk operations to maximize revenue and service.
• Lead and supervise Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm during emergencies and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure attendance and regular availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
