Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, check guests in/out, handle reservations, and route calls. You will relay requests, resolve issues, and maintain accurate folios while upholding property policies.

The role requires a professional image, strong communication, stamina for a fast-paced environment, and flexibility in schedule; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional, positive image and high energy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type and handle instructions accurately.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and handle stress.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out guests and handle reservations.
• Answer calls, route inquiries and disseminate information.
• Resolve guest complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
• Enter messages and post charges to folios.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities for issues.
• Greet guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Process wake-up calls and manage guest requests.
