Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Shreveport, LA seeks a full-time Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the hotel reception. You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, process payments, and respond to requests throughout shifts.

The role requires strong English communication, money handling experience, and the ability to multitask and balance accounts. Knowledge of hotel technology and gaming regulations is a plus; high school diploma and 6 months front desk experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; front desk experience preferred.
• Money handling experience and the ability to audit accounts.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.
• Typing speed 45 WPM and 10-key capability.
• Knowledge of hotel key systems and basic office equipment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required local gaming certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sell rooms and handle guest check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Complete registration forms and input data.
• Distribute room keys and process payments.
• Communicate with hosts regarding hotel stays.
• Run reports and balance transactions at shift end.
• Operate backup procedures if systems fail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
