Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in and checkout guests in a friendly, professional, timely manner.
• Assign guest accommodations and maintain room availability.
• Handle bank and post charges to guest folios with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of occupancy status and events affecting reception.
• Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout efficiently.
• Articulate amenities and process guest orders and reservations.
• Maintain guest folios with timely room charges and credits.
• Escalate problems to the manager on duty when needed.
• Must wear a face mask during shift.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
