Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage registrations with friendly, professional service. The role requires reliability and strong customer service, with hotel experience preferred.

This is a full-time position located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park, near Northfield’s Shopping Area. Responsibilities include processing check-ins/outs, handling payments, answering inquiries, and upselling services within hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform moderately complex arithmetic.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information accurately using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, provide information on local attractions and hours.
• Complete registration by inputting data, assigning rooms, and coding keys and vouchers.
• Process payments, balance house bank, and post charges to guest accounts using the computer system.
• Answer calls with clear English, relay messages, and manage guest mail and packages.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues per guidelines; escalate when needed.
• Handle guest complaints with research and problem-solving to restore satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures, protect guest information, and maintain a neat front desk area.
• Support other front desk staff and perform related duties as requested.
