Qualifications

• Minimum work experience as Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Strong customer service mindset with a guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit data.
• Register guests with necessary information and stay dates.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
