Job summary

Brandt Hospitality Group in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for our guests. You will handle check-in/check-out, front desk operations, market sales, and all guest interactions with a friendly approach.

You will book reservations, verify guest information and payment details, answer calls, and promote the loyalty program. This role requires teamwork, accuracy, and professional English in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend English. Multilingual ability is helpful.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of brand operating systems preferred.
• Able to handle cash with standard procedures and use computerized cash register systems.
• Demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees.
• Comfortable conversing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them in a personable way upon arrival.
• Book guest hotel reservations.
• Register guests, verify reservations and payment information.
• Answer calls, route messages, and promote loyalty program benefits.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and kindly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer contents and perform transactions.
• Keep accurate records of cash flows, registrations, and reservations.
• Handle mail and electronic communications; provide hotel facility info.
• Maintain market inventory and restock as needed.
• Protect confidential guest information with integrity.
