Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 consecutive months working as a front desk at a motel or busy office/call center.
• Able to type a minimum of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy or higher.
• Tests will be given during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the reservation process.
• Open the office and process payments.
• Clean office areas and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Build rapport with guests through friendly conversation.
