Job summary

Ocean Suites Motel is seeking a front desk agent for our Oregon location. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage bookings both online and by phone with precision.

You will provide information about the motel and local attractions, resolve inquiries calmly, and coordinate with housekeeping to update room status. A minimum of 12 months in a busy front desk or secretary role is expected, with attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong grasp of English writing conventions.
• Ability to accurately calculate rates and charges.
• Willingness to adapt and work extra or alternate shifts.
• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment and making sound decisions.
