Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a friendly front desk associate to provide guests with check-in/check-out, hotel information, and event guidance. You will sell rooms, resolve inquiries, complete registrations, and handle payments with professional service.

Key duties include balancing transactions, coordinating with Executive Hosts, and operating hotel software systems. Strong English, multitasking, and flexible shifts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic office equipment operation and strong guest communication are required.
• Must communicate with guests and staff in English.
• Knowledge of hotel key systems and ability to operate hotel software.
• Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Able to stand during long shifts and multitask efficiently.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy in transactions.
• Experience with money handling and electronic drafts.
• Familiarity with LMS, CMS and hotel software systems.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses per gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, efficient check-in and check-out.
• Sell rooms using customer service and yield management skills.
• Resolve guest inquiries regarding hotel services, events and directions.
• Complete registration forms and issue room keys.
• Calculate and print bills; accept payments via cash/credit.
• Coordinate with Executive Hosts about hotel stays.
• Run necessary reports and balance transactions at shift end.
• Operate manual procedures if computer systems fail.
• Additional duties as required by management.
