Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a front desk professional to provide a friendly, efficient check-in and check-out experience. You will offer guests information about hotel amenities and events, sell rooms with excellent service, and handle billing and inquiries.

Responsibilities include completing registrations, retrieving keys, and balancing daily transactions. You will work with Executive Hosts and use hotel software systems as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Money handling experience and ability to operate electronic cash systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly check-in and check-out service.
• Sell rooms with strong customer service and yield management.
• Resolve complaints and answer inquiries about hotel services and events.
• Complete registration forms and input data.
• Balance transactions at end of shift and audit out.
• Communicate with Executive Hosts regarding stays.
• Operate computer systems and run necessary reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
