Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Salem, NH seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will manage cash, operate the switchboard and POS systems, enforce safety procedures, and communicate hotel services and promotions. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; fluency in English.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk per SOPs with exceptional guest service; manage reservations, check-ins, and checkouts.
• Balance cash drawer, handle credit cards, answer calls within three rings with a scripted approach.
• Prepare room status for housekeeping, assist guests with inquiries, and maintain lobby cleanliness.
