Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and respond to requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the front office.
• Ability to input and retrieve information from a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide information on hours and attractions.
• Complete the registration process and assign rooms based on guest needs; issue keys and materials.
• Verify and imprint credit cards, handle payments, and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest complaints with effective solutions.
• Remain calm during emergencies and high hotel activity; apply judgment.
