Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills for check-in/out and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and verify information.
• Operate the registration process and balance a house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and communicate messages to guests.
• Assist with credit card verification and process payments.
• Provide information on local attractions and hours.
