Job summary

Home2 Suites Dupont is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-in/check-out and reservations with a focus on exceptional service. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly, contributing to a top-tier guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work am/pm shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via in person, phone or email.
• Process billing and payments at check-out in accordance with hotel policy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain accurate guest information and occupancy records.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests.
