Job summary

Encore Hospitality seeks a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

You will greet guests, provide room and amenity information, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth stays while maintaining accuracy in billing and guest records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out; verify reservation details and process payments.
• Assist with room assignments and address guest requests.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare records.
