Responsibilities include checking in and out guests, handling inquiries, and providing concierge services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and possess prior front desk experience.

Qualifications

• MUST have prior front desk experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior Hilton hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests professionally.
• Provide efficient telephone service related to guest inquiries.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Provide Concierge service with knowledge of local attractions.
