DoubleTree by Hilton Augusta is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a memorable stay in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will register guests, issue keys, manage inquiries, and assist with reservations while maintaining accurate records and billing.

Strong English communication and basic office software skills are essential; Hilton system knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk experience is required (Hilton experience preferred).
• Open availability is a must.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
• Follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.
• Knowledge of PEP Hilton System is a plus.
• Must communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Register and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room keys and escort instructions to guests or staff.
• Sort, and track incoming mail and messages.
• Transmit and receive messages via all communication channels.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration of guests, and directions.
• Keep records of room availability and rates.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Make and cancel reservations via all channels.
• Post charges to guest bills when required.
• Make reservations for guest transportation or entertainment.
• Deposit valuables in hotel safe.
• Use office software accurately.
• Have full knowledge of each shift including night audit.
