Aloft Knoxville West is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. If you have hotel front desk, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, we want to meet you. We hire for personality and train for skill, and we promote from within.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling payments, answering calls, and assisting with reservations. This role supports a vibrant Marriott brand with a social, modern atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in front desk, hotel, hospitality, customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel software/PMS is expected.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Process payments for check-out and room charges accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and make reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Use the PMS to manage reservations, room assignments, and billing.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready.
