Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling payments, answering calls, and assisting with reservations. This role supports a vibrant Marriott brand with a social, modern atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in front desk, hotel, hospitality, customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel software/PMS is expected.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

If you have hotel front desk, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, or you’re looking to start a hospitality career, we want to meet you. • Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional welcome
• Check guests out and process payments accurately (cash, credit card, and room charges)
• Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and make reservations
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and with a positive attitude
• Use the property management system (PMS) to manage reservations, room assignments, and billing
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local Knoxville attractions and dining
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready and guests happy
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in front desk, hotel, hospitality, customer service, call center, or retail preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills; hotel software experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
