McMenamins Anderson School is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage reservations and guest check-ins/outs, while delivering exceptional service. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced hotel setting and being the first and last friendly contact for overnight guests.

Responsibilities include handling money, keys and pagers, answering inquiries, and guiding guests to local attractions. A team-oriented, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous related hotel or customer service experience.
• Some accounting skills and cash handling experience is preferred.
• Experience with high volume phone lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of hotel rooms and take reservations in person, by email or by phone.
• Handle money and sign in/out property keys, pagers, and phones.
• Assist guests with requests and provide information on local attractions.
• Answer and direct phone calls and stay informed about property events.
• Maintain independence and also work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
