McMenamins Anderson School is recruiting a Front Desk Agent to manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest assistance at our Oregon/Washington properties. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and knowledge of property operations in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel or customer service experience, cash handling skills, and comfort handling high-volume phone lines. Competitive wage offered in a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous related hotel or customer service experience.
• Some accounting skills and cash handling experience is preferred.
• Experience with high volume phone lines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out of hotel rooms.
• Take reservations in person, by email or by phone.
• Handle money and sign in/out property keys, pagers, and phones.
• Assist with guest requests and inform guests about local attractions.
