You will maintain a welcoming environment, support guests with requests, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
