voco St. Augustine – Historic Area is seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent to join our boutique IHG hotel. You’ll welcome guests, check them in and out, assist with reservations, payments, and requests, and share local recommendations.

You’ll work with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the lobby guest-ready, stay organized during busy periods, and take initiative to create the warm, memorable voice that voco is known for.

voco St. Augustine is looking for a dependable, outgoing Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are a full-service boutique IHG hotel with a relaxed, stylish atmosphere and a strong focus on genuine hospitality.

At voco, the front desk sets the tone. You'll be one of the first people our guests meet, and we want someone who can make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, friendly check-in and check-out experience
• Assist with reservations, payments, guest requests, and questions
• Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and things to do in St. Augustine
• Respond quickly when a guest needs help and follow through until the issue is resolved
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized, professional, and guest-ready
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that makes voco different

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized when the hotel gets busy
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
• IHG experience is a plus
