Job summary

voco St. Augustine – Historic Area is seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent to join our boutique IHG hotel. You’ll welcome guests, check them in and out, assist with reservations, payments, and requests, and share local recommendations.

You’ll work with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the lobby guest-ready, stay organized during busy periods, and take initiative to create the warm, memorable voice that voco is known for.

• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized, professional, and guest-ready.
• Take initiative to improve operations and guest experience.
