Best Western Redondo Beach Inn in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the face of guest experience. If you love hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

You will greet guests, manage reservations in our PMS, handle inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness, while offering local dining and attraction tips.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English; multilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

Best Western Redondo Beach Inn is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the face of our guest experience in beautiful Redondo Beach, CA. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/check out guests in a warm, professional manner.

Manage reservations using hotel property management systems.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service.

Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest accounts.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation in the Redondo Beach area.

Requirements:

Prior hotel front desk or hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Availability shift needed 7 am to 3 pm. Three to Four days a week.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English. Multi-Lingual a plus.

Proficiency with hotel PMS software.

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy front desk environment.

Flexible availability. May include weekends and/or holidays.

Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
