You will greet guests, manage reservations in our PMS, handle inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness, while offering local dining and attraction tips.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English; multilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage reservations using hotel property management systems.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service.
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation in the Redondo Beach area.
