Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Property Operations Manager to direct and oversee the facility’s functionality and safety, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with regulations. The role includes managing maintenance, budgeting, and capital projects across all hotel systems.

Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, coordinating energy management programs, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation for all property operations activities.

Qualifications

• 6 years of large property facilities supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Hotel/casino/resort maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and Alcohol Awareness card are required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility functionality and safety of the hotel per regulations.
• Assign, verify, and document routine maintenance and repairs.
• Lead capital projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Prepare budgets and energy consumption reports for meetings.
• Supervise daily engineering activity and staffing.
