Responsibilities include daily property inspections, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and thorough.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of maintenance experience required.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and routine lifting are required.
• Familiar with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all maintenance department team members and assign tasks.
• Schedule and conduct monthly training meetings for maintenance staff.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules and track progress in Quore.
• Walk hotel daily to inspect facilities and ensure working order.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for up-to-date maintenance status.
