Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist leadership in supervising all housekeeping functions, staffing, training, and maintaining inventory and safety procedures. The role involves ensuring safe work practices, proper labeling of chemicals, and timely completion of projects and tasks.

The candidate will support department goals, manage guest concerns, and oversee housekeeping operations across linen rooms, laundry, storage areas, and related spaces.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collect information and solve guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Remain alert and calm during emergencies.
• Organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Must have clerical, coordinating, supervising, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping leadership in supervising all functions of the Housekeeping Department Team Members.
• Assist in staffing: posting positions, interviews, hiring, scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Conduct ongoing training of Housekeeping Team Members to increase knowledge and skills.
• Inventory all supplies and manage supply requests.
• Ensure safety and proper labeling of chemicals and equipment.
