Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an Engineering/Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and other equipment. You will support the general upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, pool, and building exterior to ensure safe, reliable operations and guest comfort.

The role requires following safety procedures, adhering to company policies, and performing preventative maintenance on a schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and building exterior; completes maintenance logs.
• Follows safety and security procedures and hotel policies.
