ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant, bar, and banquet operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of food quality and guest service.

You will work with the F&B management team to recruit, train, and manage staff, while collaborating with departments to create seamless guest experiences and drive local group F&B business opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Hospitality or Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage experience; supervising F&B teams in luxury hotel preferred.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Micros and OpenTable preferred.
• Must communicate professionally in English; Spanish language abilities desired.
• Active Food Handler’s certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, dining room and function rooms operations.
• Collaborate with HR and F&B leadership on recruiting and training.
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Direct and maintain high service standards for guests.
• Supervise cash handling procedures.
• Identify training opportunities through daily activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Catering and other departments for guest service and event opportunities.
• Solicit local group F&B business and represent hotel to group clients.
