Job summary

Distinctive Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead Madison Beach Hotel’s dining operations. You will oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet functions while ensuring extraordinary guest experiences and energetic leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in F&B management within hotel or upscale settings, a bachelor’s in hospitality or related field, and strong skills in leadership, cost control, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of F&B management experience in hotel, resort, or upscale dining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banquet).
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service aligned with hotel standards.
• Lead by example with a visible presence during service periods.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and events.
• Develop staffing schedules based on demand and labor goals.
• Control labor, food, beverage costs and operating expenses.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing of food, beverage, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Support hotel-wide initiatives and leadership meetings.
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
