Job summary

Excel Hotel Group is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring top quality, service, and health standards while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will lead restaurant, bar, and coffee bar operations, manage the F&B team, design menus with the culinary group, control inventory and costs, supervise scheduling, and ensure compliant labor practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in F&B management within hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading F&B operations in a hotel setting.
• Experience budgeting and financially managing F&B departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to meet business goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, and coffee bar.
• Lead the F&B team with training, support, and evaluations to maintain high service standards.
• Lead culinary team to design menus within budget and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards across F&B areas.
• Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee POS system operations and ensure accurate cash handling and audit compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, labor forecasting, and payroll alignment with hotel policies.
