Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator in Dallas to assist clients booking meeting and event spaces. You will answer inquiries, coordinate with the sales and marketing team, and serve as the main contact by phone and email to ensure smooth events.

The role supports property facilities, rates, room types, packages and promotions, while coordinating with hotel departments and outside vendors to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
