Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator in Austin to assist clients with booking hotel meeting and event spaces and to support the sales team. You will liaise with various hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

The ideal candidate may have Hyatt experience and should be adept at handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or sales coordination.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
