Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Austin seeks a Sales and Catering Coordinator to support the property sales and catering team, ensuring timely and accurate service for internal departments and external customers.

You will act as a liaison across departments, coordinate room and banquet spaces, prepare proposals and contracts, and maintain precise records to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales or catering is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer calls and relay account information to managers.
• Prepare correspondence, proposals, and contracts as directed.
• Distribute contracts, resumes, room requests, and related communications.
• Serve as liaison between Sales/Catering Directors and other departments for events.
• Communicate with clients professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and organize contracts and correspondence records.
• Reserve and confirm rooms and banquet spaces as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
