• Answer client/booker questions about facilities, hours, rates, packages, and services.
• Serve as the client contact by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
