White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an Event Operations Manager to oversee pre-event, event, and post-event processes, coordinating with sales, hotel departments, and clients to ensure seamless service throughout all phases of hotel events.

This role emphasizes up-selling and enhancing services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of event management, budgeting, and hotel operations.

Competenze

• Must have leadership experience in a similar event/hotel setting.
• Minimum 2-year college degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong ability to upsell and maximize event revenue.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with customer and internal teams for smooth event execution.
• Serve as liaison between sales, hotel departments, and client throughout event lifecycle.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings and reviews.
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space for assigned groups.
• Ensure adherence to standards and procedures during events.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with hotel staff and client.
