You will oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise the engineering team, coordinate with vendors, and manage budgets, contributing to a well-maintained property and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain building systems, equipment, and guest areas to high standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and repairs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
