Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the daily operations of the Engineering department, maintaining hotel building systems and guest areas to the highest standards. You will supervise the engineering team, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and a track record in hotel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.
