Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a strong Engineering leader to supervise the hotel’s Engineering team and manage preventive maintenance of the property. You will ensure life safety systems and all facilities are maintained in line with standards, codes, and guest safety expectations.

The role requires at least 5 years in facilities/maintenance, EPA Universal and CPO certifications, and a background in hotel maintenance with knowledge of HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
• EPA Universal Certification – Required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and maintenance of the hotel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of property equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems, utilities, and compliance with codes/regulations.
• Ensure FF&E, grounds, and facilities are well-maintained and safe.
