Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Manager in Deerfield, IL to lead daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring building systems and guest areas meet the highest standards. You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, life safety compliance, and capital projects while guiding a team of engineers and coordinating with vendors to maintain a safe, efficient property.

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure building systems, equipment, and guest areas are maintained to high standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital projects and repairs, ensure life safety compliance.
• Support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property for guests and associates.
