Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering department at the Deerfield property. You will oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to ensure building systems and guest areas operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in hotel engineering or facilities management, and the ability to manage budgets and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Two+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain building systems and guest areas to high standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects and repairs, and life safety compliance.
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, manage budgets and vendor relationships.
