Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain building systems, equipment, and guest areas to the highest standards.
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, coordinate with vendors/contractors, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
