Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead to supervise all hotel engineering staff and oversee the maintenance of the property.

You will drive preventive maintenance, life safety compliance, and asset protection across FF&E, utilities, and facilities, while aligning with corporate standards. Strong knowledge of HVAC, kitchen equipment, and reading blueprints, plus evenings/weekends availability, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance technician roles.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is required.
• HVAC, kitchen equipment, and related systems knowledge.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and the maintenance of the hotel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes and corporate/franchise standards.
• Maintain FF&E, grounds, and hotel facilities.
• Monitor utilities and protect assets, guests, and associates.
