Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned Engineering leader to supervise the hotel’s Engineering team and oversee all preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset protection. You will ensure systems run smoothly and comply with corporate and local codes.

Requirements include 5+ years in facilities, EPA Universal Certification, and CPO. Hotel experience and strong troubleshooting skills are highly valued. Evening/weekend/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is required.
• Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC, laundry and AV/security systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff.
• Maintain and repair hotel facilities and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with codes and corporate/franchise standards.
