Qualifications

• College degree or related engineering courses preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing and carpentry certification or related experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in hotel maintenance.
• Hotel operations knowledge is preferred and beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and building systems for the hotel.
• Direct maintenance staff and manage budgeted labor and supplies.
• Coordinate renovations, remodeling, and new construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA safety, and fire standards.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance deficiencies promptly.
